I’m not your typical coach, and here’s why..

Went from unhealthy, too skinny, drinking way beyond normalcy, numbing, people pleasing, not feeling safe, heard, seen in the way I wanted, lacked self worth, and had no sense of purpose other than to travel and live fast, die young.

Fast forward little bit, I started to recognize unhealthy patterns, so badly wanted change, needed more adventure, desperately wanted great health and to become #holistic, needed new friendships, connections, to start businesses, to be a better partner, sister, daughter, ect.. and to make my dreams a reality. I knew it came down to one thing.

Me.

Yep, now fast forward to today. I have taken many classes, earned certificates, started businesses, joined masterminds, been featured in magazines, and started to get down to the nitty gritty.

No more say this do that, was time to get serious w myself. I cut myself off from certain music, tv, people, subscriptions, environments, started to read more, learn more, go all in, looked for mentors, people who have done what I want to do, taken great leaps and surrendered when all I wanted to do was run. I have great faith in everything I do now. I am not who I was even 6 months ago and I love this journey.

Locking in.

I always knew I would be the change in my family, the go getter, money making Queen but no one tells you how fucking hard it is to self teach yourself, unwire and rewire. Therapy, tears, anger, overwhelmedness, yes I made that word up, the fight within that you have to fight silently daily. It’s a wild ride and I’d do it all over again if I had too.

The life I’m living today and will be living in my future is incredibly worth all the tears, misunderstandings, lessons, cycles, the million sessions I’ve put myself through to heal and grow.

I can honestly say that Crystal Healing, therapy and going mostly holistic was and still is the ultimate game changer for me. I gained my own trust, self love, and a passion for growth, helping others and doing 1% better every single day. #TheHealer

I have spent 10+ years acquiring and putting into practice the knowledge + wisdom for myself that I am now so ready to share w the world. What took me to rock bottom and back is something special that I can now share w you in just 3 months. It’s life changing.

I’ve got the treasure map and shovel, all you have to do is put in the work and dig for the gold. We’ve all got it, but we were conditioned to suppress our greatness and do what is needed to be done.

Btw did you know.. Crystals naturally carry a high frequency and when placed on or near us will naturally start to entrain our cells to vibrate at a higher frequency. Intentional energy is everything! You get what YOU ARE, not what YOU WANT.

I’m not a coach with a certification and a textbook. I’m someone who lived it, survived it, and rebuilt everything from the ground up. I know what it actually takes because I had to figure it out alone. Now I’m here so you don’t have to.
